Condor Equity, the Dallas-based real estate equity and development firm led by Founder Gary Stokes and Co-Founder and Managing Partner Art Wilson, has officially broken ground on Arlington 8 — an eight-unit townhome development steps from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Construction and project management for Arlington 8 will be led by Chris Keith, owner of CK Management Services, and Quincy Chambers, owner of Next Way Concepts.
